The Great & Terrible Day of the Lord

This episode is focused on the Holy Spirit's coming into the world in the first century as a sign that the last days had come in which the fulfillment of the redemptive plan was to occur. The day of the Lord would be terrible for those who rejected him. That age (the Jewish age) would end with the destruction of Jerusalem and the temple, the place where God's presence would be felt. With the end of that age come the dawn of a new age wherein dwelleth righteousness.
