Faith Contrasted

A terrible injustice of teaching has spread across the wide expanse of the whole world, teaching that baptism is a work of law and negates the need for grace. This episode distinguishes works of law from works of faith and identifies baptism as a work of faith. Human beings have a tendency not to think things through and when seeing "works" automatically think of any work. This would make the Roman phrase "obedience of faith" an oxymoron if faith negates all works.

The truth is that faith is a work and will always seek to obey.
